Following a route around the HOTA Lake, the Surfers Paradise parkrun is a free, fun and friendly weekly 5km community event.
Walk, jog, run, dance, volunteer or spectate - it's up to you.
The parkrun takes place every Saturday at 7am.
It's free but you'll need to register before you come along.

They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.
These events take place in pleasant parkland surroundings and we encourage people of every ability to take part; from walkers or those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; we welcome you all.
